Terms of payment

Book ici offers one-off purchases and online subscriptions.

The customer selects an offer, provides the required details, reviews the amount and billing frequency, and confirms the order.

2.1 – Concierge

The 1h (€19.99), 3h (€29.99), 5h (€39.99), 7h (€49.99) and 9h (€59.99) assistance packs are paid in full at checkout as one-off purchases. They do not include a trial period and do not renew automatically.

The VIP 12h offer is a monthly subscription at €69.99. For first-time subscribers, €0.01 inc. VAT is charged for a three (3)-day trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, €69.99 is then charged monthly until cancellation.

2.2 – Magazine

The digital magazine subscription is available at a maximum of €7.60 per month (including VAT).

Billing begins from the seventh (7th) day following the subscription date. It then renews automatically at each billing date unless cancelled beforehand.

The Magazine subscription is independent from the Concierge offer.

Each one-off purchase or subscription is billed at the price and frequency accepted before confirmation.

All charges are made in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices and receipts are available from the personal space or customer service.

Only VIP 12h and Magazine subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time. Hourly packs never renew automatically.

Valid payment details are required for any subscription. They are used exclusively for transactions relating to the customer's subscriptions.

In the event of a card change or expiry of registered payment details, customers are encouraged to update their payment information from their personal space to avoid any interruption to their service.

Book ici does not store complete banking details. Payment information is handled by a specialised provider in compliance with applicable security standards.

Payments are made by credit or debit card via the secure payment solution integrated into the website.

All transactions are denominated in euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes, and are processed in accordance with applicable security protocols, including PCI DSS compliance.

In the event of a payment failure — expired card, bank rejection, insufficient funds or any other reason — Book ici reserves the right to notify the customer and suspend access to the affected service pending resolution.

If payment details are not updated within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the suspension may remain in place until the outstanding amounts are fully settled.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, in accordance with the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, the Cancellation Terms available on the website.

Cancellation takes effect under the conditions set out in those documents.

Refunds are processed in the cases provided for by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Cancellation Terms or applicable law.

All requests must be submitted via the website chat or by email to contact@book-ici.com. Where a refund is approved, it is returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless technically impossible.

Book ici may update its pricing and billing terms in response to changes in its services, market conditions or applicable regulatory requirements.

Any change affecting an active subscription will be communicated to the customer in advance, under the conditions set out in the applicable contractual documents.

Book ici implements appropriate technical measures to protect payment data transmitted during each transaction.

Payments are routed through encrypted protocols and processed by PCI DSS-certified technical providers, ensuring a level of security consistent with industry standards.
